@TheRoboEyes Well, you can spare the king bro. Either ask the king stop by GI Blues (Diplomatic way) or Hsu method. If they killed some king, that was only cuz Pacer was an asshole. You can also just kill Pacer. Kings are killed only if you are too stupid to do a creative way.

if you select the quest pacer should be walking on his own at one point and kill him with an energy weapon even if the Van Graffs have been killed for TBoS

@videogamehakker1121 if you want psycho your going to have to buy it from Jack at Red Rock Drug Lab.....This place is in Red Rock Canyon which is to the left of the map screen, like far left and middle screen, around there, hope this helps

how can I make it so the van graffs "seemed" to have killed the king? I already killed the king and the van graffs and idk where to go from here so I dont lose fame with the NCR

At the end he says he's giving you all the funds and blah blah blah but then he just gives you xp sooooo what the hell?

Lol I'm looking at the comments about the passport and stuff. It's pointless to buy it and/or do GI Blues for it cuz u only need 2000 caps to get into the strip (which is EXTREMELY easy to get) and they don't even take it from you.

I went to the dam and then i just killed all the kings. I was done with them anyway. I just have to avoid freeside and ill be good.

if you have your Medicine at 60 you mess with pacer stash by mixing it with psycho but im not sure how much you need because it would not let me do it.

Well after you leave the casino the first time someone should approach you. But I think you need to finish the quest Ring a Ding Dong....But if he didnt come up to you go to him. He his at the end of the strip in the NCR embassy building. Just keep going through the vegas doors to the end

Um you have to after you talk to the king just go the the next part in the video i show you. I did not join the kings, i took a different option, the passport

I decided to kill Pacer, but when I go to the ambassador, nothin happens. He just asks if there are any updates of the situation in freeside. then the conversation ends.

Glitch or am I being dumb and missing something???

Well you should load a game before that because killing Pacer right away leads to the Quest Failed because it leads suspicion back to the NCR. Which they don't want.
