Anytime you are losing, you are well on your way. You should really look into Weight watchers to get off the "diets." It really allows me to have ups and downs, but not beat myself up when I have things I think I should not have eaten. It basically allows me to live and most importantly not restrict myself. Best of luck to you.
yay! that is so good for one week! go on ahead! 10 lbs is a dress size loss and you are well on your way. Go tracie, go tracie it's your birthday, it's your birthday! I personally love the reduced calorie idea. it eases you into the dieting process. I like yiour approach! Just ease on in to that thang!
actually.........your face looks slimmer since your last vid......so the weight is not a huge deal and some weeks you will just have big losses out of the blue so take pictures and go back and look at older videos every once in a while...you will see the difference.......good job girly....your doing great!
Giving up sugar is the hardest part! Also, check your omega-6 levels. I know that I was eating too much nuts and that stalled my weight loss. Also, I have been taking omega-3 supplements.
I was the same way with doing everything perfectly as well. This last month I concentrated on eating and February I will try to incorporate cardio.
im the same way, if i cant diet perfectly i just give up and eat all the damn cookies lol.

Good job! Any loss is better than no loss or gaining! A healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. That could equal 100lbs a year.

@MsForeverFaithful 10 pounds isn't a dress size for me. I think I'd have to lose 25 pounds to go down a dress size. Thanks! I'm gonna keep going.

3lbs is great weightloss! You're only suppose to healthily lose 1-2lbs per week...
