2000 pounds what ronnie coleman does and look at his legs, it doenst count if u drop it on the rack and it bounces half way up then u put soem pressure on it but the momentum has already lifted it up the worst form i have ever seen, no one could think that is proper form or that you are strong enough to lift that weight with even half good form
I mean, give SOME credit for at least going all the way down despite a bounce. I mean it COULD of been a 1/16 rep....
