Well my favorite car was always the early Z28's. I owned a 67 & 69 with a 302 sb. And later on when I met my wife BethAnn I was in my Gold 70 Z28 350 360hp. Which was sold in 2000 to help our son Tristen go to University. And my buddy that owns the Hemi has been Documenting the restoration. And when the Cuda is done early Dec 2010 we will be posting a full video. As for pics of the other cars I restored & owned I have to invest in a scanner....Since there all in Fujichrome.

I'm retired so like I said its more of a hobby. Yes I do make money off some of the restored cars after I sell them.

But as for my buddies 71 Cuda....Its just to help a friend out... although he does pay for stuff like Soda & sand abrassive when we soda blasted the car & powder coating supplies for the parts I powder coat for him.

Not to mention the great meals and free beer he supplies :-)

yeah but heres the thing, this gt500 will only go up in value. Come one of one, no more. Will ALWAYS be worth what you buy it for if not more. A Ferrari will only go down in value. Right when you drive it off the dealer it looses 15% of its price.

That depends on what Ferrari it is. Rare models rise in value only after a few years. Even though they made 1315 F40's they still are two to three times more expensive now as used than they were sold for as new back in 1987-1991.

For your info the most expensive car ever sold in an auction is the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa. Sold for $12,2 million. As a matter of fact on the top 10 list of most expensive auctioned cars 4 are Ferraris, 2 Bugattis, 2 Mercedes, 1 RollsRoyce,1 Cobra

A 275GTB ain't worth nothing compared to a 250GTO. Only 39 of those were ever made. Also the 1957 Ferraru 250 Testa Rossa sold for $12,2 million in an auction. Next was a 1961 250 GT SWB California Spyder for $10,9 million. Back in 1991 a 1962 Ferrari 250GTO was sold for $6,2 million. A 275GTB is worth nothing compared to those. Better stop getting your info of what cars are worth from some bad movies. Google the 10 most expensive auctioned cars ever.

@ceswert Chances are it wasn't. What the guy in the video means is that there were only 3 that came directly from Shelby Motors with 427's in them. Even that number is debatable. There were numerous "dealer installed" 427's, the most famous of them coming from Tasca Ford in Rhode Island. There were various reasons for these "installs", ranging from the dealer knowing that they were superior, to them replacing blown up 428 P.I.'s. These dealer installs are fully documented and quite valuable.
