3 or 2 litr bottle with a 13 ml socket work better and leave long string on so you can put your foot on it an do it sitting down we used these in school alot or if have no bag fill with warter small hole in bottom foil on top light and let the water flow out

if its weed, then a nug the size of your thumbnail

if its hash, put about 2 or 3 spreads into it.

also .... make sure u try to clear it pretty fast, cause the smoke will quickly stale. and taste not so great !
