Tks for the update - even with my laptop speakers turned up to the max it was very difficult to hear. no problem via an external speaker system though.

Great content, but i cant seem to increase the audio even after increasing my audio to the max.

Mmmmm... I always test my videos wearing a headset, but next time I'll increase the volume of the microphone a bit further. Let me know if any video after 19/05/2009 has a better sound quality.

Marco has the best ITIL videos available online - this stuff should have been available years ago! Finally someone that actually shares some knowledge in ITSM space - the rest of the course providers either seem to sit on it, charge a fortune and only copy it from others! Way to go IsleBeeBach!
