For over a year, they've dreaded that their beloved Transformers had been changed beyond all recognition, and the inclusion of the classic transforming sound in the final trailer (which one would usually do to tie in the old with the new and put the fans at ease) was a disappointment when it was revealed to not be in the actual movie.

well....it was, blackout right before he transformed used the sound, and during a scene when ironhide transforms when he was driving and jumps over a few missiles there is the sound (but it is in slow motion).
