  • dude (919's) AM get salary 80-200,000 a year lol i know because im one

  • I found this video as a response to The Pooter Episode 109 by jack vale, if you wanna know.

  • I stole from Walmart n got banned

  • Wal mart pays more than Best Buy. Plus they dont make you offer stupid ass service plans to every customer.

  • Walmart is a private enterprise. This means that their store is technically private property. I do not agree with this rule but it is a rule. They do not have to sell to you, they can ask you to leave if you are open carrying, videotaping, taking pictures, or anything else they do not like. Yes, the rule is bullshit but technically it is an enforceable rule.

  • It was just a recommended video from another walmart video. I would like to ask what led to him saying that? There could be very good cause that would justify him, or he could be against you for some reason (I know you would never say he was justified... but if you could be honest as to the situation leading up to this video, I'm curious)

  • Private Enterprise? My Ass!

How come you're open to the public?

Put some armed guards and a chain link fence around the store and then you can be a Private Enterprise.

May Sam Walton haunt you for all eternity.

  • @icynok hahahaha if they are so intelligent why the fuck do they work in walmart

  • How many of you wanna bet this guy rehearse this along with other words of profession while in the bathtub so one day his wish would come true for him to exercise those words out loud XD also i found this vid while browsing for black friday stampede n fights.

  • actually im a walmart manager and it aint no 6 dollar a hour job i bet i make triple what you make in a year buddy nice cars hard job dealing with people like yourself whom seem to forget how large of responsibilities there is

  • "take your phone and your camera and get out of my store."

Techincally it's not "his" store. It is owned by the head honcho of Wal-Mart

  • Actually, many business have a publicly stated policy that they can refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. The only reason they couldn't would be because of a patron's age, race, orientation, religion, stuff like that because that is expressly against the law.

  • I found this video in the suggestion bar to the right. I was watching "bad neighbor" and "crazy neighbor" videos.

What events transpired to lead up to this video?

  • managers make 35-55k+

  • how i got here : how to: clean you hamster cage teddy the night he died :( raging embarrassment water slide accident german looping waterslide cow on water water slide fat woman stuck on waterslide retarded policeman #9 : boobies watch 100 times and still lough wall run wall-mart yells at disabled kid lol i cant belive i took 10 minutes of my life just to write that down...
  • i was scrolling through the weird side of youtube nd thn i came across this video

  • Its a private company, not a government establishment. They don't have to follow the constitution. They have full discretion over whether they want to sell or not sell.

  • "We are walmart enterprises...we dont have to sell you anything" lmfao

  • Why would a shop refuse to sell one of their good which is for sale? I don't get it. If a product is on the shelves and marked as for sale or has a price tag on it, then it doesn't matter who gets it, as long as it's paid for before the customer leaves the shop. America really has some strange ideas about customer care...here I was thinking america was a consumer nation.

  • i bet they have a list bigger than santas with people who are banned from there store

  • WMT on the NYSE is not a public enterprise. Sry

  • I would of hit him upside his head.

  • Don't we have the right to photograph in any public place?

  • You're foolish to censor the comments. Truly foolish and illogical. Knowing that prevents me from hitting the like button or otherwise exploring your videos. O well.

  • lol found this vid, i was coming from pooter fart videos, this was on sidebar (you said let you know how each person found thyis vid, for whatever reason ill never know, but nonetheless, what was he refusing to sell you?

  • Cameras are a funny thing. Government wants more cameras out in the public, the public doesn't want that. But, the public loves to record and re-distribute(online) a video of you.

  • since when is walmart a private enterprise???? ohhhh, is that why theres always a family living in a camper in the parking lot? hmmm

  • He looks like a changing room peeker in the boys clothes section.

  • its a private enterprise runned by public people...unless u personally own and operate it aint nothing private

  • When I looked at this guy, all I saw was a big "L" on his forehead.

  • He thinks he's all that with his $6.00 an hour job.

  • @1997toyotalover . customer service managers start around 10/hr, assistants 12/hr. if you dont start walmart in any position at 10/hr, you have zero experience or theyre screwing you.

  • @1997toyotalover minimum wage is 7.00 LOL

  • @1997toyotalover Assistant managers for walmart are salary. To the tune of some 35 thousand dollars a year. So yeah. Get out of your moms basement before passing judgement.

  • @1997toyotalover they make a lot more than 6.00/hr They and the mgnt as a whole make way more than that.

  • @1997toyotalover and you are a toyota lover...nuff said

  • @1997toyotalover They make more like..........$9.00 an hour, but thats neither here nor there.

  • @1997toyotalover You are ignorant... He is obviously an assistant manager and makes around $45k a year. Probably a lot more than you do.

  • @1997toyotalover better than your $0.00 an hour job faggot~!

  • @1997toyotalover 45k a year dipshit.

  • @1997toyotalover first of all, how dare you insult people who make minimum wage, thats so insipid and insensitive. and i hope you realize that walmart managers get payed more than minimum wage, they earn close to 120,000 a year (according to Glassdoor)

  • Just remember when your talking to Wal-mart Employees, Including the managers, they do NOT make the rules and only Enforce them. Many are nice people that are super intelligent.

Just because someone works at wally world doesn't mean they can't get a better job or are horrible people.

  • his right some state the have the ...right to refuse service in some state laws... most customers dont know that ,,tx laws have that,,they have a right to refuse service,,,alot of plp dont know what,,

  • You are not abiding to any Wal-mart rules, you never entered into a legal contract with them or signed anything, therefore, any rules they have in their little store cannot be applied to you. No matter what they tell you.

  • UR A STORE U SUPPOSE SELL SHIT U DUMB FUCKER

  • walmart is very cocky anymore cuz they have no serious competition if kmart or a new store would give them a run for their money theyd be givn free gifts and treating their customers better they use to have a ,the customer is always rite policy now its were private n can do what we want walmart is an evil corp. and i hope they burn in hell walmart sux and ill spread gossip bout walmart any chance i get

  • @mygodhelpthem walmart is cocky, i agree. And their customers are more full of shit than the company is cocky.

  • "My Store"? I thought it was my store since I spend so much at wal mart ...this ASSistant manager is not at all intimidating and explaining it is a private ENTERPRISE is a cop out...just say split or the cops will help you!

  • @stupullen Well, if hes responsible for the damn store, then it is his store. All they have to do is respect the dang policy. And, just because you spend money in a store does not make it yours. Are you a share holder? If not, its not your store. I hate wal mart, i worked there for 9 years as a salary manager. Rules are rules, get over it, or get out.

  • @RAZOR2177 I'm a share holder of wal-mart.

  • Fine... I'll leave your store and millions of other smart folks will leave with me because WE'RE BOYCOTTING!!!

  • Wow is walmart the only store that doesn't allow cameras and isn't that illegal not to sell a customer something

  • @shotbyaretard As long as you are a privately run organization which Wal-Mart is you can refuse to sell anyone anything and ask them to leave your store at any time. Just as much as if someone is in your home and you do not want them there you can ask them to leave!

  • @rhinojive Wrong. privately owned or not. They are a business. A business that sells merchandise. How can they sell to one person, but refuse to sell to someone else. that is a very good case for discrimination. And, just so you know, discrimination is illegal.

  • @bigconan wrong.

  • @shotbyaretard as dumb as it sounds its actually not illegal to refuse sell one person something, its illegal to refuse a whole group (example: refusing to sell to women, refusing to sell to old people, or refusing to sell to a specific race such as blacks, whites, Mexicans, Chinese, etc, and the police will also not let you film them on camera, sounds dumb I know but thats technically how the law works

  • @johnboy2266 correct

  • All,

Due to some of the inappropriate comments left lately, all comments must now be approved by me. Also, with a lot of traffic lately I am curious how you found this video, let me know in the comments

  • @mitpatterson I started off with videos on North Korea, then corporate takeover, then some video on the best cashier ever then your video,

  • I mean it's a OK rule but he does not have to be a cunt nugget about it

  • Gamestop has the same policy. Can't tape anything inside the store. Understandable and the recorder is a tool.

  • @MrShadowFoot The store can try to have a rule, but legally they can not enforce it

  • @mitpatterson Once you walk onto their premises you are consenting to their rules. As long as they are not discriminating you, you have no choice but to follow their rules.

  • @mitpatterson Legally they CAN enforce it. You're on Wal Mart's property and if they feel that you should leave the store because they find you acting odd (by their discretion) then they can make you leave, even if it would mean them calling the authorities on you.

  • @lazrpo When you go into Wal-mart are you "out in public while on private property" ? Or are you "out among the populace while on private property"? NO SIR! You are just "out in public". PERIOD! Wal-mart is PRIVATELY OWNED but it is a PUBLIC PLACE. They can't enforce tresspass laws but they can enforce LOITERING laws. If you have a receipt from a $0.25 pack of gum they can't even tell you that you are loitering, either.

  • @mitpatterson lol actually they can legally enforce it. they tell you to leave, if you dont leave, they call the police and arrest or ticket you for tresspassing. Also, in my state, its unlawful to sell certain spray paint products to under 18 persons.

  • @mitpatterson Actually depends on what state for you but in Canada it's illegal to videotape without the person's permission and you can actually get quite a large fine.

  • @MrShadowFoot Bur they can tape its customers how wrong is that

  • 1st YOU WERE PROBABLE UNDERAGE. 2nd THEY CAN REFUSE SERVICE, even with no valid reason. BURDEN IS ON YOU TO PROVE DISCRIMINATION. 3rd. GET A LIFE, all i see is a fucking kid acting smart to feel better than the manager.

  • @aris205982 He is not underage so shut the fuck up.

  • Why do people post videos of themselves getting pwned?

  • lol at the vid and at the description. "he was being a dick the whole time" xD

  • What a prick

  • that it correct what the manager said ... its manager discression they are privitely oned they DO have they right to refuse servic

  • If there's no law in that requiring that you have to be 18 or older to buy touch up paint then the store is being discriminatory. If you were able to buy it at Autozone in the same town then that Walmart is being discriminatory.

  • @noerww exactly

  • @noerww how do you figure? Discrimination is based on race/color/creed/sex/sexual orientation physical disability etc etc.... Not just anytime someone denies you the priviledge of their service.

  • @tronclay ive been in a store with my freinds once,. not doing anything wrong or anything disruptive and were told to leave,. for no reason IMO. my freind has green hair and ever since he been making it funky colors hes been discriminated. something worth mentioning is that the video doesnt really show the whole situation or why this is happening.

  • @noerww legaly there is no law but on some items there is a fane print that basicly said not for sale to minors and if the store gets caught selling said items to a minor they can reseve a large fine also jobs maybe lost some items r zippo fluid some paints paint thinners some heavyer one shot energy drinks knifes and propane

  • @noerww Classic liberal right here. You make yourself look uneducated and stupid when you post stupid comments like that. Go get an education, fuckface.

  • @noerww They do have a legal right to enforce their rules and policies. All businesses have the legal right to refuse service. For example, in Texas businesses can legally refuse to serve a customer just because they believe them to be a homosexual. If you don't abide by their rules, they'll ask you to leave - if you don't then that's tresspassing.

  • fuck wal-mart boycott that shit

  • On private property you have ZERO rights if the owner/rep tell you to stop recording. They must either ask you to leave or you can be jailed for trespassing/loitering. What they CAN'T do is ask or force you to delete said photos. They also can not touch, kidnap or falsely detain you if you leave the premises -- usually includes the whole property or as least the main parking lot if it is a single store and not a strip mall. Taking photos of walmart off their property is legal.

  • @dapengyilicious

i work at walmart and i know they can ask you to stop recording and ask you to leave the wallmart premises but once your outside you have the right to record providing your not on walmart grounds....

  • that guys my neighbor...hes a nice man

  • @Coolz444 Where are you from then?

  • @Coolz444 You's trollin'. XD

  • @Coolz444 lol sure

  • Too many rules and regulations nowadays. I bought spray paint as a kid as did my friends, and nobody thought anything of it. We repainted old bikes we bought at yard sales and resold them.

  • Well -- the manager is right. He can refuse you entry and the sale of anything in that store.

You might not like it, but you're welcome to do business elsewhere...that's what great about America.

  • That guy bought his own Walmart? lol... Bunch of pricks for managers

  • Legally no one is required to sell you anything. Sorry about your luck...

  • Why did they hate you?

  • what did he not wanna sell you?

  • @kingskush666 If i recall correctly it was a little can of car "touch up paint" was not a aresol can or anything, here is a link to it at autozone, and when i went to autozone to buy it, they didn't even so much as give me a second look regarding my age. The color might have been slightly different than the one in the link below, but same idea:

  • @mitpatterson yeah, when you scan touch up paint at walmart it asks if the customer is 18, so they can refuse to sell it to you.....but honestly if i was the cashier i wouldn't of given a fuck and gave it to you anyways.

  • @mitpatterson if your under 18(not sure of our age) they wont sell paints to you at walmart.

  • @kingskush666 tinyurl . com / 27pjszg is the link just remove the couple of spaces, with the url as it should be it wouldn't let me post it for some reason
