How do you know that by picking up Cam that they arent going to trade him and Iggy for a couple youngsters? I have a coach that works in the Oilers organization and he said Iggy wants to spend his last few years with the Oilers, he said that around Christmas. It would make perfect sense to pick up Camellari now, atleast to me. Maybe Iggy and Cam for RNH and maybe Gagner, it would be a little bit of a steal, but as a Flames fan I would be fine with that.

Johnny you have to consider that there is no star or really good forward in montreal to pass to cammalleri or cammalleri to pass to, Calgary has tanguay who is a excelent passer, and calgary has JAROME IGINLA who is a future hall of famer, i think that you have to think about calgary's team already and what they already have. Calgary has no really good snipers or many players like that. The trade helped both teams.

With your points, I should also had the main difference between the two players, size. Bourque is 6'2 210 and Cammy is 5'8 17X, Bourque adds a physical aspect to his game that Cammalleri doesn't have. Also, people calling Bourque streaky, Cammalleri is the exact definition of streaky, so yeah.
