I think 2012 is on the late side if we are very lucky. This Health Care mess they are starting in DC will end it quicker than not. Remember as soon as it's signed the taxes start, the 'benefits' start in 2014. This is so they can get a 10yr savings, beyond that look out. B2T: Who thinks it's a good idea to start taxing BIG TIME when the only thing keeping the economy even sputtering is all the printing presses? We all know printing money with no real value (Jimmy Carter) leads to INFLATION.
Every time I talk to family members, and friends I'm the negative and pessimist, because they all seam to watch NBC , CBS and local bullshit news. People live in the dark..... Nobody researches any thing, they just believe the news, and the propaganda.
Your videos are great. I have learned a lot from watching you and I even started investing in silver. I don't have a lot to invest with, but it's a start. Please keep posting.
I and many others appriciate the work you do in getting the truth out about the economy. It is easy to watch the news and think everything is going to get better but the truth is that we are being lied to. Please do not think that no one cares or that the work you do is not taken seriously. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. We should start thinking about what we are going to do if and when things get really bad. Like no food in the stores, and if there is food not being able to afford it!
Finally, a guy who seems to know what he's talking about when it comes to the economy. These are a few things I'd like to know: Are the government's fiscal policies helping or hurting the economy? Is the government at the center of economic development (I only ask because it seems like more and more Americans, espeically younger Americans, seem to think that the marketplace is driven by what the government and doesn't do)? I appreciate the research you are doing. Keep it up bro!
This is why Winston Smith of 1984 had to revise the already "good" numbers previously published, in order to lower them so that new "even better" percentages (of nothing) could be created. This is exactly where US is heading!
Good Video...CNBC this morning reported Housing Starts Down over 10% and schruged it off. Art Kasin said on the floor it was probably raining and weather could cause this...Yeah OK. Then they went to something that Ameriran Express was doing, did'nt get the full story, but my point is that it's so minipulated it makes me sick. Keep up the good work, it's nice to be able to get other points of veiw.
Had an interesting conversation with a former Bear Stearns VP. Can't get into all the details, but he affirmed much of my most recent research. Fasten your seat belts, folks.
I gave up on watching the market for a true picture of our economy a long, long time ago, during the boom and the emergence of on line trading.
The market is manipulated by the big players, it's not a true market at all. The pricing and grading is all bogas. If you want to know how the economy is...look out your front door. Want to know how to make money? Sell something or provide a service. Playing the market was over in 1990.
if its only down 8-10% in retail, from 2 years ago which was rediculous, then how is that all that bad. Basically what I am seeing out there, looks much lower than 0% decline, try more like 50%. the numbers down support my observations. Personal point of view.
Does anyone remember Daniel recommending the book The Creature from Jekyll Island??? Well I found it in video form and with much greater detail here on YouTube. A documentary called "The Money Masters" in which the narrator details the future plans for our economy and the coming collapse....in 1997!!!! Check it out, very interesting.
here is more data. in 1942 a gallon of milk cost an hr of work. now a gallon of milk costs less than 1/2 hr of work.(both at min wage). look at the green shoots now. lol

none of above is the answer.. we''ll see how this will play out. but this system(capitalsim) is dead. any fiat currency will collapse. so i see 2012 as the turning point.
Everything is full of corruption. Greed and corruption doesn't discriminate between capitalism, socialism, communism, monarchy, etc. You have to look at what system is best able to quickly identify and deal with corruption. When you can separate government from wealth you have the best chance of quickly dealing with corruption. That system is capitalism & democracy. When you have a system where the government owns and controls everything the corruption can't be as easily expunged.
Well said my man JCWitness, always sharing intelligent knowledge. Youre right, free market capitalism isnt the problem here. The problem here is the secret power who has methodically destroyed the system of checks and balances they established for the benefit of few at the expense of many. What really went on in this country was a charade called capitallism where everything went ok until they decided they wanted it all back. Like a game of chess, first position your pieces, then strike!!!
I still have an aquaintance that believes Circuit City is going to hit $17 US dollars. I can't fix his ignorance, yet he tries to pretend his 4 computers are computing him into the money. I laugh all the way to the bank in oil, gold, and silver. Is there a way to fix arrogance and ignorance or should I let him fail? Either way, he was advised and did not listen.
Nobody can fix someone else's arrogance. People make their own decisions. They can be shown every little bit of truth there is and no stone could be left unturned. People just have to figure things out for themselves. It has to be an epiphany, or metanoia. However, you can help people along in the process with Socratic Dialogue. That is, keep asking them questions until everyone in an earshot thinks you're the dumbest person in the world. Let them figure it out themselves.

oh i dunno.. I don't recall that honestly.. but i think we've got at least until the the beginning of 2010 for stocks to continue going higher.. I don't think the markets will go down around Thanksgiving/Christmas and I would advise nobody to go short now.. but rather, long.
We just checked out our portfolio, and whole life insurance seems to have saved the day in our household, along with frugality and no debt. Our whole household here in Paris runs on 600 euros a month -- anything above that buys fresh food from the green market, and gets saved. Good channel, widely shared. "Recession is over" here in France, oh yeah.
if they assumed that all the counters update at the same rate, or are even tallied in the same process, then it would logically follow that YT is messing with these functions.
VV - Glad to see you talk about the revised September numbers. The same people who used the "numbers" from September to justify the market then, have ignored the revision today. But, don't worry - that won't last. Good video!
Thanks Daniel! Great information as always, We appreciate the effort you make, and especially so right now, as we know you are not getting a lot of sleep. Your son is beautiful. It's a whole different kind of love with a child, isn't it? Babies are amazing!
Thanks for your information, Daniel. When the panic of the new strain of flu that is currently hitting Ukraine, spreads across Europe and then finally to the United States, the world market will collapse. This is why the MSM is not reporting it in the USA. They are trying to milk the last dollars out of the people before the market crashes. It is inevitable. Most retailers are depending on holiday sales to survive and when this next engineered crisis hits, this will trigger the collapse.
Great video. I like how you tell it like it is. It's no surprise though that CNBC hides the truth. They work for the brokers to sell stocks so they will push stocks until they can't. They are the spin machine.
I got a call from the local paper. My subscription expired and they asked why I wasn't taking the paper anymore. I suddenly realized why - I stopped taking the paper because they stopped reporting the news.
LOL @ ad. As I was listening to your question at the beginning, I saw the ad, "Impossible IQ question. Bet you can't get it right." So funny. You did that on purpose, didn't you? LOL
Awesome video as usual. I agree, I think it's great there are so many people trying to spread good truthful, information now. Your different styles will work on different people. However, you're the only one I've seen so far that can make these things entertaining & even funny, when that's not their nature at all.
You predicted that by this Fall (or by the end of the year) that the Wall street party would start coming to an end. You gauranteed that by the Fall of this year that we would see the stock market take another big drop. I seriously doubt that this is going to happen by the end of 2009. Also I'm certain that retail sales after Christmas will be better than expected which will bring 2010 in with a bang.
Ok, I'm no expert but I think "better (or worse)than expected" means absolutely nothing, or more like "we're not going to tell you any numbers or anything real."
What I find surprising is why in the world day traders are still involved in the markets when there is so much manipulation and bullshit going on!!! Is it not obvious??? The erratic behaviors of markets and commodities?? We're being setup for the biggest rip-off in human history!! Black Friday will be a flea compared to the coming elephant.
I think the market is a case of , "Fake it till you Make it.' sooner or later it will jump start the economy. and those of us sitting on the side lines will be left behind until the next big down turn, probably when Obama leaves office and the next pres elect comes in.
Tveryone knows the stories aren't driving the market any more. Tthe fed (PPT) drives it. Tthe stories are just alibies for the manipulation. My prediction is the Fed will keep driving up the market slowly at least util the end of the year.... with small "corrections" along the way. The Fed will crash the market when they are ready.
Late Sept. a barrel of oil was @ $69 a barrel; the beginning of Nov. @ $77 a barrel... the price for gasoline in California from Sept. $2.91 a gallon & Nov. $2.89 a gallon whats up WTF!!!!
Its called blatant market manipulation by the power in the price of commodities texture6. Dont you know???? The markets are all rigged!! Its a zero-sum game and they dont like to lose!!!
So it's a price fix - not, postponing the fall of the economy...I think rising gasoline prices would crush what remains of the California economy...VISIONVICTORY did not comment on this topic... interesting!!!!
vision you did their work, at marktwatch, i.e. no data. once upon a time in the land of japan there was honour and if one failed to do one's job they lost face, in extreme leadership failures they would take their own lives as they felt they failed in their duties. today the workers, many times government fail to do their jobs and think nothing of picking up their checks. thnks vision for your integrity and diligence, we are served by you, and your worthy of great respect.
thanks for doing the research good to have someone telling us the real deal. watched CNBC this morning and they all are saying the recession almost over. they got to be lying
The stock market has been rising since March, not because of an improved economy, but because the dollar is worth less and less. It's got nothing to do with how things are going on main-street. The market is simply displaying the inflation resulting from a devalued dollar. The S&P could easily go to 2000 next year; not because the underlying valuations are improved, but because the $USD is disintegrating.
Thanks Daniel. Have you looked at the almost mirror image of the S&P500 and the Dollar Index. If one goes up, the other goes down. Can you say dollar carry trade?
I loved GM's data - we only lost 1.2 billion in the 3rd quarter. (Oh, and a lot of that money they plan on paying back was from the loan..) NICE....SILVER on the other hand, WOW, not to mention the dollar.
Speaking of graphing. When you tackle a subject like this graphs (pictures) are worth a 1000 words.

kenmasters43 2 years ago
Cost of milk is not an assessment of value of dollar (not the way presented).
milk actually costs an hour of work.
how?
why don't you compare the price of milk in 1942 vs today's price of ORGANIC milk.
They did not inject BGH into the cows.
They did not innoculate them.
They were not effeciently milked by machine.
apples to apples is comparing things like handcrafted furniture, high end clothing, etc.

didn't you say that at 10000, the dow was taking it's last gasp of air before it went down?
chroNick546 2 years ago
Yes, in that same video I also said that the dow probably would go to at least 10,500 before we faced any real sell off.
We'll see though, the dollar is a major wild card right now.
visionvictory 2 years ago
oh i dunno.. I don't recall that honestly.. but i think we've got at least until the the beginning of 2010 for stocks to continue going higher.. I don't think the markets will go down around Thanksgiving/Christmas and I would advise nobody to go short now.. but rather, long.

All numbers doesnt matter, Obama in China telling them not manipulate with currency and asking for more money

Hmmm ... 770 ratings and 318 views ....
How could anyone possibly think that Youtube monkeys with the numbers?
softlaugh 2 years ago 2
if they assumed that all the counters update at the same rate, or are even tallied in the same process, then it would logically follow that YT is messing with these functions.

Nope.
I think they are, in fact, one and the same.
Don Harrold kicks azz.

VV - Glad to see you talk about the revised September numbers. The same people who used the "numbers" from September to justify the market then, have ignored the revision today. But, don't worry - that won't last. Good video!

I just thought of an awesome Christmas Toy to market (a bit late now).
make one of those Magic 8-balls with Jim Kramer's mug on it and 'Financial Wisdom' in big letters.
Then the icosahedron would have a bunch of wise advice from the old sage.
Should you buy gold? (shake, shake)
"Market hit new bottom...BUY NOW..BOOYA"
Should I exit the dollar (shake shake)
"MOOOO. It's a bull market"
"do the opposite of what i say"
etc etc.

Thanks Daniel! Great information as always, We appreciate the effort you make, and especially so right now, as we know you are not getting a lot of sleep. Your son is beautiful. It's a whole different kind of love with a child, isn't it? Babies are amazing!
ckpac 2 years ago
Thanks for your information, Daniel. When the panic of the new strain of flu that is currently hitting Ukraine, spreads across Europe and then finally to the United States, the world market will collapse. This is why the MSM is not reporting it in the USA. They are trying to milk the last dollars out of the people before the market crashes. It is inevitable. Most retailers are depending on holiday sales to survive and when this next engineered crisis hits, this will trigger the collapse.
Shameonfed 2 years ago
The market has been long overdue for a correction down to the 200 day at the minimum. The trigger can and does come from left field.

Keep bringing the alternative sources of truth!
Thanks.

Come on Google, how hard is it to get a counter that works? 676 ratings from 318 views. LOL, why can't Youtube get a counter that works?

Youtube get a counter that works?
Jim Cramer said that views are at a new bottom.
NOW is the time to get into YouTube and start viewing vids. [soundoff raging bull effect]
We need to unthaw the the viewers and stimulate them into views...er something like that.

You predicted that by this Fall (or by the end of the year) that the Wall street party would start coming to an end. You gauranteed that by the Fall of this year that we would see the stock market take another big drop. I seriously doubt that this is going to happen by the end of 2009. Also I'm certain that retail sales after Christmas will be better than expected which will bring 2010 in with a bang.
cashscholar 2 years ago
Ok, I'm no expert but I think "better (or worse)than expected" means absolutely nothing, or more like "we're not going to tell you any numbers or anything real."

What I find surprising is why in the world day traders are still involved in the markets when there is so much manipulation and bullshit going on!!! Is it not obvious??? The erratic behaviors of markets and commodities?? We're being setup for the biggest rip-off in human history!! Black Friday will be a flea compared to the coming elephant.
CASTILLOM1 2 years ago

CASTILLOM1 2 years ago

Let's all chip in to purchase some seppuku tanto blades to deliver to DC.
Don't worry about buying the expensive ones.
Nothing fancy, just some old rusty lawnmower blades made in China.

The stock market has been rising since March, not because of an improved economy, but because the dollar is worth less and less. It's got nothing to do with how things are going on main-street. The market is simply displaying the inflation resulting from a devalued dollar. The S&P could easily go to 2000 next year; not because the underlying valuations are improved, but because the $USD is disintegrating.
byronand5 2 years ago
Thanks Daniel. Have you looked at the almost mirror image of the S&P500 and the Dollar Index. If one goes up, the other goes down. Can you say dollar carry trade?
