whats with the boost on your freinds 02 vortech gt? in all the vids before the mmr shortblock the boost is either 10 or 12 pounds, whats with the variation?

That Vindicator cam is probably the most potent cam you can drop in a naturally-aspirated stock bottom-end LS1. There has been as high 440-rear-wheel horsepower made with the Vindicator in a 346-cubed, stock headed 2002 WS6.

BTW, Nice runs for all cars. Those were some fast two-valves there!

Google "Vengeance Racing" for the Vindicator cam. I must warn you though it is pretty much overkill for the street. If your an auto car you will certainly need a big stall as well as gears. Kiss your low-speed torque goodbye!

Definitely worth it if you wanna make insane power in a cam-only setup!

the GT's need drivers and the one needs gears not those stock 3.27s. The Z had a nasty cam in it. Was the GT's on street tires??

The GT like most blower cars is tuned to pull timing when the iat's get high and that was about the 7th run in a row without a cooldown. You figure it out.

Fast GM thats for sure but watch the vid the Z was at an on comming roll for the all but the first race which makes a huge difference. The first race was probably the best one. Not because the GT won (and I am a Ford Man) but because they were rolling at the same speed then BAM it was on no fuck up or anything. I think these cars needed to race from a dig that would have been a nice touch to this vid. Great freaking cars guys.

I noticed you don't like when people make 'realistic' opinions about the cars in your videos ('other' peoples cars I might add). Yes the "CAM"-only LS1 murdered the blown 2-valve.
