@Scudeyyy No, the new M5 is the same speed 0-62mph (4.4s) and their top speeds are the same limited at 155mph? Infact Mercedes lets you pay to have that increased to 186mph, so are you sure you know what your talking about? Are you?

@jonbeddoes Well they have the same 0-60 time but the M5 gets to 124 mph (200 kph) in 12.2 seconds, about as quick as a 997 porsche 911 turbo. The CLS63 is closer to 13. Which is still really quick. The M-Driver's package also increases the limiter to 190 mph which is... more. And since the E60 could hit 205 mph without the limiter, one can only imagine how fast the F10 can potentially go. So are you sure about what you're talking about now?

@Scudeyyy I have one more thing to add however.... on the BMW M5 microsite one of the "cars for comparison" is the E63 AMG, not the CLS 63 AMG which is more expensive and seems to be a larger car. The question is should we really be drawing comparisons since BMW does not consider this car as competition??

who says you have to get the AMG version. besides the CLS sucks. If you're going to spend $100,000 on a car and you want a benz go for the S class or CL or SL. Besides who says you have to pay $100,000. If you have a business you can write it off as business expense and it'll come to around $60,000.

@jetliigor if ya read my last comment friend, i know there are other versions, i said im getting the CLS 550. I was planning on getting the S class until i saw the new body of the cls. The S class interior is better and has much more room....BUT the 2012 CLS exterior is just plain SEXY.... and since im the one paying for it, i guess my opinion is the only one that matters, but thanks for the input.....

p.s. i love everything about the CL coupe, just cant do the $116k
