Well the easiest to play on is 3. That's why it's the default sens for 95% of games. It's not really based on "easy though". it's personal preference. 10 sensitivty would idealy be the best to play on, because you would be able to look around or turn around fastest, so your reaction would be much better, but you should play on a sens that you are comfortable on and you have a clean BR.
