Watching previous episodes it does not seem to make much difference what you do about the bugs, they seem to be nasty all the time in the outback. The Australian Biggest Loser contestants had the same problem. The bugs there are without mercy.
Eeew, warm weather and dead fish... why are there flies? OMFG, ever been on a camping trip!!?? What you don't eat, you use for bait. You don't leave it around camp, draws bugs and other less savory critters... Gimme a break!!!
If ya' can only go fishing every other day, bury the scraps for bait or bury it to eat it tomorrow, don't leave it out to draw bugs and get infested with fly larvae - extra protien is one thing (if you catcha fly in the cooking rice pot) but eeew, this is crazy.

If they were smart they wouldnt leave fish all over the damn camp. Thats why there are so many flies
