@Deafforever1231 He wasn't sight - reading. Look at the end of the piece. When he is just playing chords. He isn't even looking at the sheet music, just playing. But yes, he is very good at piano. He has played it before if he can guess the notes without looking at the sheet music lol.

@Pianomantodd1 I arranged that sheet music. It is only one page long. He sight-read it the first time through then improvised variations on it

@Deafforever1231 Pianomantodd1 obviously didn't look at the sheet music himself. It has no ending. Tom is making up an ending, so of course he doesn't need to look at the page anymore at that point. I have even written my own music and given it to Tom the very next day. I can assure you he does indeed sight-read that well. (You can even hear him comment, "Hmm, interesting" at the beginning of this as he looks at the intro for the first time.)

@TurquoiseStar17 Yes sir it was! We do not know each other personally. I saw somewhere that he'll take requests for rag arrangements to fix up to give to Mr. Brier, so I contacted him about this song, sent him my co-arrangement, he cleaned it up a bit in the style that Mr. Brier is used to and the rest is history! He is a fantastic player.
