Function, Style and Design you have for this stroller. Seems like a good twin baby stroller, but I have a questions to ask: Does it have bottle or sippy cup holders? Are the visors flexible that my twin's legs are covered when it's raining or even sunny? Do the seats recline? Are there four point harnesses to keep my twins in safely? If yes, I would absolutely grab this stroller. Thank you.
