yea and I bet if you grew up in wisconsin your whole life where temperatures often are below 20 degrees for the majority of the year you would run 40's. you don't think that milwaukee or any big city in cold weather states for that matter has kids on the same talent level as kids in cali. Don't get me wrong there are def. talented kids in cali but the reason cali can produce those numbers is population and weather. Get a clue.
