White has drawing chances after 25...b5 with Rdc2 - Black's King position is quite open and c6 is now weakened; 29...Rb7 is better than f3; 32. Qxd6+ is better than Qa5; 34. Bb1 is much better than Qa6 which loses two pawns; 35. Qa8 blunders a few more pawns - Qb6+ is better because it protects the open b-file; 36. Qb7+ is better than Qa7+ (which loses) because it looks over the open b-file.
I have always admired the Capablanca strangulation games. I am always more satisfied when I play a good strategic game. I remember playing a weaker player where he mentioned even on material, but I had a knight on his sixth rank. It made me realize the steps players need to make. I say steps because it becomes ever more subtle. What is a weak square instead of a combination? And then of course you demonstrate this in your commentaries which are so well done. Nice style and depth.
Something that blocks my progression and maybe others now that I know how to avoid loosing pieces, could you sometime define what You, KC, mean by "positional". I know what it should mean, but everyone seems to use it when they don't know what to say.
Is positional just a way to sack to have a file, a square, a pawn chain, etc. ? nothing else ?
Personally, I think positional play is to move your pieces to squares where they control more territory rather than have a tactical purpose thus, eventually, gaining control of the board or 'position'

I don't see why not f3 after Bg4?

@Skratovarius I believe it has something to do with Qh4+

For those curious, after Bg4, white cannot play f3 due to Qh4+, g3 fxg3, then Nxg3, Be6. Black is a pawn up.

After he played Bg4, what was wrong with f3 followed by winning the pawn?

I love the irony here. You realize the fault of your standard play/approach by probably playing the most non-standard move I've seen you play.
