I took a knife, cut from the chest cavity, all the way down to the pelvis area, then I took a saw, and cut through the bone and then I continued with the knife, and cut around the penis and ball, removing all of the organs and other fatty tissue, leaving just the good meat left for the normal americans to eat. But that aside, it is almost impossible to always make a clean kill. I shot a buck through the heart a couple years ago and it ran 60 yards - with NO heart left. Every one I've shot in the neck dropped on the spot. which I imagine this one did.
