@M1rtza a popular way is 2b a English conversation school like umm...Geos, Nova, Toza, or Aeon. The JET program is probably better --call your nearest Japanese consulate for JET program details.  It does help hugely to be a native English speaker, however.

Living in Japan is frequently pleasant, but sometimes it can also be hard, so...be careful what you wish for.

I still think your dream is a worthy one.

She's saying some very true stuff. Set your goal, make a plan, study and work to reach it. There are soooo many ways to get to Japan and live there. So go for it!
