@dzonnyLV The amazing Internet! I knew it worked for GPU's (a friend does the same every few weeks or so), and I searched if it should work for mainboards too. And it does :-) Give it a try, if you still have this notebook.
there's the thing.. 1 out of ~15 times i can run my PPC and do stuff in safemode. i went to a service and they told me that there's something bad happened with motherboard or Graphic card and sent me to Fujitsu Siemens service. so it's not all dead.. :D
This is the GPU (video card) that is causing this issue. You're same laptop was resold in the US as the Everex XT5300T (previous model without the webcam was sold as the 5000T). It was also rebranded to OCZ as well. I will have a guide up on our website in a week or so on how to repair the issue. Link to ThatsItGuys is on my page
Also, theres a class action lawsuit right now about this, also on our site. You might be able to get your laptop replaced for free through Fujitsu.
@meleniumshane90 Let me know if you need help with them... I did the same for my 5000T and got it repaired out of warranty... though now the company doesn't exist.
one day i opened up my ppc and on two chips was i think thermal paste , between chips and plates that covered them was no paste... i put some on - that was left in sides of chip and it worked... until i turned it of...
It is caused by video card failure. Motherboard replacement helps but its very expensive, also you can try searching people who repair video chips (reflowing/reballing). They are cheaper.
Oh, and I fixed it! I've put the mainboard in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees celcius. It works ^_^ Not sure for how long though.

@JannickBolten Just one question --- WHERE DID YOU GET THE IDEA of putting the main board in the MICROWAVE..? :O :D

the problem can be fixed in 2 ways...
1) u can fix the motherboard and chipset for the price of your FSAXA2528
or
2) u can sell uor FSAXA5258 for less than 130$

I have the exact same problem too with the same computer!

I had this problem and Fujitsu Siemens admitted the problem, the GPU fails. So theres no way to fix this. Only way is to replace the graphics card.
