the meaning of this song means how u can be as a strong as u want, but sometimes love just breaks you down, loosing a love or breaking up or not even knowing what could have been, its also about how u had something and then it falls apart and you never know what could have been and that hurts the most then just breaking up and going through sadness hurt and anger and moving on but not what could have been is the worst kind of feeling and seeing the other eveywhere and places u went and what not
