Well, I either use my NCIS DVDs or I also recorded S1 + S2 ages ago (with my DVD recorder) and then I'll rip them. Or I used to get my clips from that one NCIS site: ncis-bluelight or something like that. :)

And then, I open Windows Movie Maker and put all the clips I want together.
