UFO Spotted above Beaver River in Beaver Falls, PA

OK so thats not a UFO! I live in BF and I saw that one night, looks more like a meter, so I called police, and described what it looked like and they said that someone stole a bunch of these parachute things with flares on them( he said the FBI uses them to aluminate areas at night, mostley for busts) and he had several reports of people setting them off at night. It was scarry tho!! I was relived!!
