guys i think they were using rubber bullets, the officer crouching behind the suspect was using a baton to hit his legs to knock him down while the other used rubber bullets to shoot incapacitate him. There is no way an officer would shoot a gun multiple times to kill one suspect and he didn't even fall down after the first shot at that. You can also hear more shots in the background before the officers or the suspect comes onto the screen.

Actually the man had a gun and when he turned around he pointed it at officers. He turned back around walking away and since he would not drop the gun the officer shot him (before he shot at them).

I've seen this whole vid from the 1st encounter with the suspect until the fatal shooting. The ACTUAL vid shows the view from both dash cams. If you seen that then you can form an opinion. This is only what someone wants you to see.

1. The description is a LIE! (If you search there is two other videos of different car cams and Court TV does the entire story.
2. This man DID NOT HAVE A GUN!!!!
3. He only Had a CELL PHONE.
NO SHOTS WERE FIRED AT POLICE OR CIVILIANS. After a car chase, police run up to him and tried to shoot him in the face, at point blank range.

Further more, This description is a LIE to make justification of Murder. The Truth is, he Never fired a shot at anyone, so to shoot someone in the back for not obeying a verbal command, after not following procedure, is Murder! guys i think they were using rubber bullets, the officer crouching behind the suspect was using a baton to hit his legs to knock him down while the other used rubber bullets to shoot incapacitate him. There is no way an officer would shoot a gun multiple times to kill one suspect and he didn't even fall down after the first shot at that. You can also hear more shots in the background before the officers or the suspect comes onto the screen.

And I have yet to be in that situation, and I would like to say I wouldnt do it. However when faced with the actual situation its hard to predict a reaction. Guess it would depend on the reasoning and motive behind the orders.

As a law enforcement agent I would agree that its shoot to kill, however this subjects back was turned and could have easily been subdued in a non lethal manor.. I do not agree with the decision made by the officers, although in the moment I cant say I would have acted differently.. You will never understand what its like to take a life untill you have been in the unfortunate sitution to have to do so
