@151074441 Early wrath evi was more reliable couse it didn't required for deadly poison stacks to blind gouge etc...and muti was 30% stronger so there was really no need for it

@orbblayer Cause it causes more damage since he knew that the enemy will trinket and + with ruthlessness you have a 60% chance after finisher to give you 1 cp so it will mean.... Cheap+2x Muti Kindney(mostly you will have 1 cp on the target) and then muti since it has a very high chance to crit it will give him 3 cp with 1 muti and evi
