Some of the vocalists are, well, him, Andre Matos, Michael Kiske, Jorn Lande, Alice Cooper, Roy Khan, Oliver Hartmann, Kai Hansen, David DeFeis, Bob Catley etc. As you can see many different genre singers into one project :)

Why does everybody say jorn is so much better than tobias, i totally disagree. Sammet has an incredible range and ive heard him pull off screams all the way up to Bb5 octave and countless G5's. Highest ive heard Jorn do is a F5 octave, so just because Jorn has a powerfull midrange headvoice doesnt make him the better vocalist.
