  • This is such a great yoga series. It starts out calm enough for me, to be the first thing I do in the morning. It is excellent. I combine it with Calm Yoga Music on repeat,

    and the 55 min pas by so lovely. I highly recommend this :)

  • @Cutecrazyprinc3s Yoga is one of the best things you can do for your body. If you can't do yoga physically, don't do it until you are comfortable. You can injure yourself by attempting any exercise that is too advanced or difficult for your fitness level.

  • I have tried many of your other videos and loved them, but did not like this one. It's good for breathing and learning how to "flow", however, on that same note... the jump from facing one direction on the mat to another without saying anything really irritated me. It killed the flow so I'm not sure what that was about.

  • Ive been mediating for some time now but never tried yoga, my friend suggested i incorporate it. This is the first class ive ever tried and i found it great. Thank you for sharing. i added a 30 min meditation after it and yes it defiantly seamed to help lock into it whilst my body seamed to not be so restless also. So a great help Thanks Again

  • This one just wasn't for me. I would have liked more warming up movements before going into deep hamstring stretches. I felt like what was at the end, should have been in the beginning.

  • I am so grateful for any and all yoga classes I can participate in. Just one observation: DO NOT squeeze buttocks during cobra pose. This will result in crunching the lower back. Heels are to be falling out to the sides and the buttocks are to be relaxed. So: no tight asses when doing cobra.

  • OMG! I tend to look like a weirdo when I do a yoga class just because the instructors never seem to tell me when to transition into another pose till everyone's in it but ME! I tend to embarrass myself that way. But the video was great, she told me when we were going to move and what pose was next. Bloody brilliant! Forget class I'm sticking with this. LOL Cheers!

I was more or less trying to inspire the creator of the series to maybe post more advanced stuff so that once people, such as yourself, find the flow to be too easy, there's a more advanced alternative to work towards.  Either way, whatever your level, keep up the yoga, it good for mind and body :) Namaste

  • Thank you very much indeed for your generosity in posting this yoga practice. I would love a more advanced version, too, if you ever get a chance. But I enjoy doing this gentle and easy practice just before bedtime -- it really helps me sleep without raising my heart rate the way some of the more strenuous yoga practices do. So, I'd recommend that anyone who finds this a little easy should try it as an aid to sleeping.
