haha easiest without any shooting is to get a dirt bike, go to the cabaret club....drive into the back and go to the only door downstairs, park parrellel right next to the door and wen the cops try to come in they cant because the bike is blockin it lol easy as hell and u can play that gay cube game for the whole time lol

2012 is the end of the aztec (or mayan i don't remember for sure) calender at the end of the calender there was a rumor or something or another that said the world was gonna end and also there are gonna be a lot more games for xbox 360 if not solely because it's way cheaper than the ps3 also there are a couple games i know coming out for xbox 360 sooner or later that most rpg gamers will like such as "the last remanent"

You have yet to answer my question about naming good games on the PS3 except for MGS4. I would rather have a game system that has a lot better games on it, then a game system that looks good, but doesn't have any good games. Sony has lost over 2.2 billion dollars since they launched the PS3. No one, again i am stating this, are making video games for the PS3 because of the price it takes to make. How does the PS3 coming out first have any thing to do with how good it is? i had a PS2 untill i got a regular Xbox and started playing Halo. I realized that the Xbox is going to have a lot better games coming out then the Playstation. PC games are also coming into this, and what console is most compatible with PC? Xbox 360. To be honest, Only Gears of Wars seems to me to be worth play... except that... I dont like Halo and dont really care about Mass Effect. GTA4 is on the xbox too, so you cant really buy it for that game because they say that it is 2x better on the 360, but MGS4 is good, but i would rather have mass effect and gears of war. The arcade is also another good thing on the Xbox.

I did this accidentally last week, i ran over the bridge on the train track and kept runnin for 5 minutes and got the achievement, i didnt even know it was one. everytime i ran out the wanted circle it would shift to me again, i almost escaped back aswell but my car got shot too much.

I got this achievement by attacking the police from inside the irish pub. I shielded myself against the wall and threw grenades, used rpg, and a ak-47. It was not easy, but it was more fun that way.

-take a cab

-head to Heli Tours

-Take a heli and fly around above the third island

-achievement done ... nobody will shoot you if your high enough.. ;D

I have another way... if you have the safehouse with the elevator, get a 6 star wanted, go to your safehouse on the elevator, and wait. The cops don't ever come up.

The cops don't even get near you this way, you just sit for 5 minutes, no stealing helicopters or flying around needed. It IS the easiest way.
