  • wow Bill, you are doing so well.

I make crackers with soaked flaxseeds, then go sticky like the chia seeds, just add your spices to them and then dehydrate. My machine have plastic sheets for wetter mixtures.

  • Has anyone ever told you that you sound just like just like Jim Henson? In my eyes that is the highest compliment I could give anyone. I absolutely LOVE the man! Also... You are so awesome for what you do and the videos you make! Rock on! I'm on my 4th day of a juice fast @ 40 pounds overweight with a very bad back. Wish me luck!

  • Hi bill, wondering if you saw my question below?? I have asked a few ppl who all seem to have different opinions.. Any advice is appreciated!! X

  • the pulp would be good compost too since you want to grow your own food.

  • Hi bill!! I'm just learning about raw food (I'm very new to it!) and I was surprised to see that a dehydrator is acceptable.. I have always avoided dried fruits because I thought that the goodness had been dried out of them.. Can u give me the situation??? Love from Australia!!!

  • @katem1202..That is a great question. I only use my dehydrator about once a month and it is only used to make crackers out of the vegetable pulp that I accumulate after juicing. Then when I make the Juice Pulp Crackers I sit down and have and consume very little at a time. I never substitute the crackers for a RAW Living Meal. I put RAW Salad Dressing on the Crackers to take them to another level. I hope that this answers your question. You're Friend Bill...RawFoodForMyLife.
