  • i. love. this.

  • Imagine at the moment of infinity when all things imaginable occur simultaneously and all things revealed; this will be among all that which has been, which could've been and that which may be.

    Somewhere in the great below.

  • Trent Reznor is GOD. His music is the world wide religion of perfectly pure sound. He should be worshipped and revered for his absolutely masterful power over each of us.

  • I thought they quit in 2010?

    Where was their last show?

  • if you dont think trent reznor is GOD, why are ya here?

  • of all the music i listen to from vivaldi to cannibal corpse I LOVE THIS THE MOST!!! it takes me to a place were i once was... married and in love, young oh so young no responsibilities, but now i cry sometimes because i feel lost and this comforts me like no person can.

  • to je perfekcija !

  • this is my fav NIN song, i's absolutely amazing! Right where it belongs is amazing too, for those who haven't heard it, listen to it!

  • @mcconnell1986 All that could have been is amazing too.

  • L:ol you spelled Dual wrong in your description

  • thanks pal.

  • 2:10 - 3:13, the strings sound like they're froma batman movie.

  • The fact that this is a response to "5 nin songs for suicide/heartbreak" pisses me off a bit. This song is too good to waste on a bitch ass relationshit.

  • @limestoneman I agree! This is the most amazing song in the world!

It expresses nothing less then the worlds end!

    An Armageddon!!!

  • this is mi favorate song 2 listen 2 wen im depressed

    :(

  • @d3adman24

Don't be sad, you can learn to spell if you put your mind to it!

    :D

  • Not only should you let an image come to you when you listen to his music. instead close your metaphorical eyes, and let a feeling overwhelm you, and you will see a side that very few can. Then you can truely respect music for what it is, and hear how it was truely meant to sound..

  • it tickles my brain

  • I hear sometimes Part fron Texts from other songs, or titels in this song. And I Love it. Even I close my eyes and hear this song I see a blak room sitting in it an wait for someone. And chills all ower .....

  • It makes me think of the fall of lucifer

  • i dnt think lucifer is the one that fucked up, he didn't make himself after all

  • the same would apply to all humankind then... and would make us by default totally illiberal beings. I for one don't like that thought. I'd like to imagine Lucifer as the first revolutioner, rather than as a failure.

but why are we talking about Lucifer here anyway?

  • No matter what, those cajones would've been installed into him- gods either got complete control or none the way I see it. We are all a direct result of where we come from right? someone said this song made him think of the fall of lucifer

  • This suggestion is, more or less, subjectively controvertible (up for debate and irrelevant in this matter, so take it as you will), but peruse Dan Brown's "Angels and Demons" to espouse a more definitive perspective on the man-made metaphysical characteristics (and errant perversions) of religion, and its by-products.

  • I can´t picture anything but beeing in a really high roof...20th floor or so...a second befere a huge storm starts...thinking in how much I loved her, how much we hate each other now.

  • I don't know about you, but the music always paints a picture in my head when I listen to a song even if it's for the first time...I like your vision about this one. What I see is basically what the lyrics describe, a man standing on a hill by the shore, witnessing how life fades out of him...

  • Nice to know someone feels music the same way :). Every song I know, has an image attached.

  • You know what, hearing this song always reminds me of my relationship with my step daughter. I've been with her since she was born, I hate her biological parents, but I'll do anything in the world for that little girl.

  • I love this song but it makes me think of Cthulu and the Deep ones :/

  • Right decision...

  • the first time i heard this song i grabbed the nearest goth slut and fucked her until she gave birth to the antichrist

  • Word.

  • The first time I heard this song I got chills all over.

  • Love the song. The studio version is incredible, but the live version in the second part is in my opinion even better.

  • I always die while listening to this song only to be reborn at the end...

  • Thanks for putting this up. Has to be my fav NIN song, gives me chills every time I listen to it!!! Beautiful and haunting!!!

  • ah, so reminsecnt to me, I remember being an adolescent on the edge of profound thinking, being absolutley taken away by this song

  • one of their best songs

  • "As I decend from grace, In arms of undertow, I will take my place, In the great below.

    Amazing poetry

  • I just love this song... Trent blew me away in this one :)
