fantastic! love to see people taking interest in traditional/primitive archery! I'm in the process of making my 12th bow, you are doing awesome! keep up the good work brother!
@loadedclownz I'v been a bowyer for many years and i'v worked with osage orange alot and i simply love it. Its fast , powerful, and very long lasting. Red oak on the otherhand is pretty powerful, not as fast, wears out fairly fast, the only advantage is you can get alot nicer pieces of it for much cheaper. Both of them are great but i prefer osage orange.
i've had a similar problem with a bow i'm working on i was wondering if you could ether do a quick video or just explain to me exactly how you bandaged the bow.
thought that song sounded familiar at the end... at first I thought it was about to crash from Dream theater's SDOIT until that higher note in the second measure. I need to get that LTE album, nice bows by the way keep it up!
sorry,, i was kidding about the side of the shelf,, ur bows are marketible was really my point,,i know people who love to work with wood u seem to be one of these type,,i would love to learn,, but my skills are lacking in woodworking,, where u see a flaw in the wood and found a solution,,most would not see it and the bow would break ,,, ur video is impressive,, sorry for the misunderstanding,, i have a style of humor thats antiquated and belongs in the woods..lol
ur doing something very wrong,,ur putting shelf on the wrong side,, how am i i gonna offer u a dollar amount for that one with the shelf on the wrong side,,lol
@lovebumper2121 What are you talking about...? Are you left handed? (Or do you do a different style of archery where the arrow rests on the right side of the bow like Kyuudo?)
@lovebumper2121 whats he doing wrong??? the arrow shelf is not in the wrong side! if you hold the bow with your left hand then the arrow shelf is on the left side of the bow and if you hold it with your right hand then the arrow shelf is on the right side
hey bro you gettin really good at this! any chance you can build me a red oak longbow? all my toold got stolen sadly, and I'm plannin on doing a survival camping trip next month....good stuff i love the wabes on that osage, good character bow!
@cardonaman Well normally I would have been able to turn one out in a week or two, but my free time took a hit when i got hired full-time, so I can still make one, just probably not within a month...

Your bow is beautiful. You did a great job on it. I was just wondering what the length is.
