I went to Pinoak Ct aka Ramsay St in South Vermont, Melbourne to have a look-see today. The tv show seems to makes the street feel much bigger than in real life.

I think this is 1990 because the alessi twins are on the credits, they joined early that year

Why did they start to use the two copyright messages -for Australia and rest of world?

Probably in reference to the European countries that also broadcast it.

Yes, and if you look, the international copyright is controlled by another company - a Grundy subsiduary who managed all their international operations and rights.

This must have been from the Network 10 broadcast as the BBC would not be allowed to have the Travelodge and Grace Removals mentioned. BBC also used to remove any references to 10 in the credits too.
