The way to do it would be possible - but at the moment its open to abuse (by malicious ppl) and therefore we can't have it - unless we have a trust all policy. If all users allowed a tiny percentage of their storage space to store other ppls data then the peer 2 peer networks would give us all the download speeds we dream of.

sometimes at night it takes less than a second for 5mb for me. i just click and the download box appears and goes away so quick i can barely see it. i have the second from highest speed (4mb a second) but almost never do downloads download at that rate due to web host restrictions and conjustion.
