I was confused about the Wavehole location changes and the new Wave World. But the game is still fun for me...except for the fact you become a Level 1 again(I'm Level 77 on Leo)...and you lose all your Battle Cards...among other things...oh, and Omega-Xis just follows you around everywhere you go...cause he's a STALKER. Wow, I should probably shut up now.

Once you get a blank caard,you could get leo,pegasus and dragon GX Cards,but not the transformations and (Spoilers) Dargon GX is uber ownae here,with tribe king eqquiped it could do 1200,with wood+30 also used,it could do 1500+ DMG!

The emulator's okay. It's legal whether you have a DS or not.

The ROMs are legal if you own the original copy of the games you have. They're not legal to use until you delete them within 24 hours.

I just don't like being asked about ROMs. It's too troublesome.

No. It can't connect with Megaman Starforce Leo/Dragon/Pegasus. This game only connects with people with the same game and people with a copy of Megaman Starforce 2: Zerker X Saurian. Sorry.
