she couldn't have had an affair with yul brynner, b/c brynner never came out to hollywood until the king and i in 1956..... this biography of her has so many cracks in it.......i have watched a lot of garland biographies/documentaries and this 1 has a lot of cracks in it......also her suicide attempt was b/c of her being fired from mgm for good,i have never heard that judy walked in on minnelli w/ another man even though by then she must've known he was gay.
I had the pleasure of going to the Judy Garland Festival in late june of 1997 met Sid and Lorna &Joe. All were very nice esp Sid. I had the pleasure of talking to him one evening and It was so surreal that here I was having drinks with Sid Luft and talking about Judy. It almost felt that Judy was there. Talk about Goosebumps! I also went to London in late dec 2000/early Jan 2001 and went to the flat where Judy Passed away and that had such a weird presence. 4 Codogan Lane.
Artie Shaw makes no sense when he says He didn't realize Judy had a crush on him, she was 16 and he was all of 29. He went and married Lana Turner who was only 1 year older than Judy. It was actually a blessing in disguise cause Artie was nothing more than a male whore who would of broke Judy's heart eventually anyway.
yes she sang it on her tv show. I noticed all the projects that were done by Garland anything NEVER succeeded. i.e the singing of Over the Rainbow and the remake of MMISL on bway never succed and every bio pic about her are never done justice because she is the one LEGEND who cannot be duplicated..
they were crying? I AM CRYING :'(

Vincente might have been bisexual to a point where maybe he was just trying it out, and Judy happened to find him.

I went back to LA in February 2007 and I SAW her block on the Walk of Fame!
Love that song of "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" - hope I can use it someday . . . is there more than one version of Judy singing it?
