Metroid prime 1 had better overall graphics than Halo: CE, and Halo 2 was more or less the same as metroid prime 2, but Metroid still had more detail when it came to graphics.

only Halo's 3 and after have better graphics, but still have less detail than any of the metroid prime games (outside cinematic).

I think I just misperceived it. Whenever I get new electronic equipment I'm paranoid that it's defective. I had a friend come over and check out my system and he said it worked just fine. Plus when I turned the sensitivity to expert mode, the tracking was much more sensitive.

@tannyp83 I usually experience lag running in 480p on 120hz HD TVs. That is not metroid prime specific, I get that with even New Super Mario Bros 2D platformer. I haven't figured out a "Fix" for it yet other than to play it on a different TV set.

When a lightsaber in SW touches something, that thing is cut, except from other energy based things, so if its a lightsaber whip, it couldnt grab a damn thing.

The Grapple Beam in Metroid is different, it can be used to grab enemies' shields or certain spots to make you go farther or to pull things you cant destroy

Im back... ok, ummm and what does that does with Metroid? Samus doesnt use a lightsaber so it cant be stretched... the grapple beam till MP3:C was only used to let you acces farther places, in MP3 they made cool things to it so you can now electrocute enemies or pull of their shields.

you can buy a rebuild. (a model that innitially suffered too much damage to repaire quickly, that they send the owner a new one, fix the old one, and sell it back to the market)

Well, the lock on is mainly for her missiles, they don't home in without locking on (I mean with the right angles, you can lock onto something, walk around the corner, and lob missiles around the corner)

the lock in is for that Metroid prime 1 & 2 has a couple jumpier, and flying enemies than most FPS games that are sometimes accompanied with "only one spot on my body can be hurt" something difficult without a mouse's accuracy

This guy doesn't give Metroid any justice. If I were there, that would be so easy! No offense to the maker, but this depends entirely on the player-- I, personally, cannot play with controllers normally. But he played Halo more, so it looked better, while I would make Halo look like crap.

Halo is much better. this video shows a comparison between halo 1 and the Wii remake for MP3. It would be fair if the comparison was between H3 and MP3(no it wouldn't 'cause H3 its way better)

to play alone Halo 3 and MP3 equally good, but when it comes to multiplayer Halo 3 wins 'cause there is no competition (MP3 has no multiplayer duh!) and because is the best FPS of this generation(not to say EVER)

It's a matter of opinion, so it's impossible to have a fact stating the better one.

However, Halo doesn't have what other FPS games of this gen. have. YOu can't lean, you can't take dynamic cover, you can't aim down the sights of your gun, you can use proper squad commands, you can't shoot through thin walls, and to be brutally honest, the graphics are pretty dull.
