I couldn't believe some of the tricks they were doing and was thinking how in the hell you would teach an animal to do something like that. For instance at 3:33. How in the hell would you communicate to a dolphin that you want them to do that? CRAZY

Yeah it was pretty freaking amazing to watch them do all that. I'd never really seen anything like it before. I also saw and shot video of the show with the killer whales while I was there. Never uploaded the video though. Sad thing to hear about that trainer that was killed. I was at SW Orlando so I'm sure I was probably watching the one that killed her. Kinda makes you think.

Yeah it makes you think. That trainer was that whale's third victim, and they're letting the show go on. It makes you think how many human lives one whale is worth. In my personal opinion, zero. (No offense to all the PETA trolls)

And also I'm not sure why, but even though the hd looks decent here, it doesn't look near as good as the rendered movie on my computer. I know there's some quaity loss to be expected from youtube compression, but I'm a little suprised how soft this looks.

if you save as sony avc in vegas pro 9 you can save it in 1080p without it crashing, works fine for me. I use megui to encode the .m2ts file to a 1080p ,mkv sometimes to reduce the size of the upload, check my 1080p videos i made with this camera.

I've been using the sony avc. What format do you export in, .mp4, .m2ts, or .avc? Do you do 1920x1080 or 1440x1080? Do you use 30fps or 29.97fps? Profile: Main? Entropy coding: CABAC? What bitrate? Sorry to bombard you with questions and sound desperate, just been trying to fix this for quite a while. I'm using the Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 9.0 btw, not the Pro version. I'm not really sure if it makes a difference or not.

Ah! Just saw the answer to one question, you're rendering in .m2ts? Do you just upload the rendered .m2ts to youtube, or do you have to convert it first?

Yeah, I've shot everything in 1080 and would love to upload it that way, but my editing software (Sony Vegas) keeps crashing every time I try to render 1080. My computer has good specs, it's just a common problem with the software I've discovered.
