Im kinda confused too lol. What I think is, the girl got together with the long-haired guy and wants to break off with the other guy (at the start). The dumped guy got depressed and tries to find an illusion of being with the girl by doing those intimate stuff with the long-haired guy. The girl found them and thinks of their past where they're all friends before the girl and dumped guy got together. I think the long-haired guy left the dumped guy and with nobody to turn to, he committed suicide.

ACtually I interpreted differently. I think there was a 3 way love triangle going on~ except this time it's the guy that both the long haired and girl were in love with. And in the end he doesn't get either because he loves both of them? she left him, while Iono what happeend to the long haired guy. he probably couldn't get past losing her and in the ends loses both of them. (he's wearing 2 couple rings, and the long haired guypulls off one of them b/c he wants to be the only one)
