I'm not a big fan of AMVs where the original audio is mixed in with the song. It gives the appearance that you didn't take the time to knock out the audio and therefore ended up with certain desirable scenes that got stuck with the original soundtrack in the background.

Good skills, nice editing, choice of song. But this video fails qualifications for just about every AMV contest out there. You can spend time doing something amazing and outside of regulation and it still be a waste of time. If getting reknown for your videos is not your thing, then stick to this.
