Regardless of what u use just MASTER IT..I work at Guitar Center( worlds largest music retailer ) and i get people all the time that argue what software is better They all get you to the same point your mixing and arranging skills is what important I use Logic but at work we have everything loaded on all the macs and i use mess with all the software and now that the game has gone all digital and all VST's work in everything Use what u can maneuver through best and feel most comfortable with

Remember MPCS are fun toys but not needed and thats what I had said before, Most producers use them because its simpler then fiddling around w/a/mouse, But the truth is not everybody preferrs having an mpc, Im so used to using a midi controller and my typing keyboard to get the sounds I want, Thats How I make music. But lets be realistic, Why use old ass machines? have fun loading those kits, might take a while and stunt the creativity level haha

@datking06 its true. I think most people hate it because its super easy to get ahold of and makes the likelihood of masses of people getting ahold of it good. Bad part about that is if you go super cheap and dont buy decent gear to back it up youl end up sounding like everyone else alot sooner than you would with a more expensive program like protools that has a ton more perimeters and requires a good computer and/or controller to run it good pluss all of the respective gear to make "your" sound
