FYI it's called sampling, not ripping off. find a tune you like, record it, and try using it as a layer to make a good new song. It's not easy, it's an art. I'd say they ripped off DJ Shadow's Organ Donor on "Fuel Injected", since they used a sample that had been already popularized by another artist.
