what is nail varnish? is it the same as polish? cause i have white polish............

Wait, how did you get it to look faded? Maybe I'm just abnormal, but when I sponge the polish onto my nail, it's just as thick as a brush even though I dab prior to the application! My nails looks really white, and blotchy :( Any ideas? I'll probably just end up trying again later :P
