moinsen, die technische ausrüstung lässt auf blosses leihentum schliessen. kleine digi+ unterwassergehäuse und die sache wird schon gut gehen. ich hoffe für euch das sich keiner von euch efekthaschern ein händchen oder beinchen abreisst und wir dann kommen müssen um eure reste aus dem teich zu kratzen. schade das youtube euch hier eine plattform bietet.

moin, ich mochte bezweifeln das er das wusste oder sich über die konsequenzen im klaren war. ich würde es hier nicht schreiben wenn ich es nicht besser wüsste. reinigungsaktion, stahlhelme, munitionsreste=panzerschreck und konsorten. bei dem muddigen wasser und dem schlamm, können noch genügend funktionstüchtige reste dort herumliegen. für solche aufgaben gibt es vom kampfmittel räumdienst fachleute. und das was ich sehe und vermute, seit ihr alles andere als das.

sicherlich sehr interessant für den taucher dort in seiner hobbytauchausrüstung herumzustöbern, aber leider vergisst er das dort auch noch mehr liegen kann als ein paar harmlose stahlhelme. für solche jobs gibt es fachleute. und dann auch hier sich noch beweihräuchern lassen, unverantwortlich!!!

Fresh water with little oxygen will preserve metal and leather. This will not be a grave just a dump where captured junk was thrown. I have seen old video of Germans throwing their helmets away in a pile.

Unter Wasser herrschen sehr gute Erhaltungsbedingungen. Kommt noch Schlamm hinzu, wie hier, herrscht eine extrem sauerstoffarme Umgebung. Ergebnis: Keine Oxidation von Eisen (oder anderen Metallen). Und dass die Helme völlig verschlammt sind, ist deutlich zu sehen. Also: Kein Fake.

durch den druck des wassers und dem schlamm sind sie pracktisch luft dicht verschlossen sie rosten erst wenn sie wasser und sauerstaff bekommen dann beginnt der zersetzungszustand...in stillen schlammigen gewässern suchen nicht in sromläufen^^ ..kleiner rat von mir ;-)

As usual.. very good finds! I noticed a couple helmets looked to be American, is this correct? I am still puzzled why so many artifacts arrive from ponds/lakes? Would this be a last ditch effort prior to Russians/Americans arriving?

Im guessing the lake or pond was not there prior to the war. Im sure that the russians very rarely buried any german soliders on their march across europe. Im sure they mostly just piled bodies up and left them to rot as they had no respect for them. Thats why Im guessing they are in piles most the times.

These helmets look to be in very good condition. Possibly the mud protected them. One can only wonder if German soldiers threw them in the water at the end of the war and went home.

If I were in no violation of law yes I would sell them. A house can get very full very fast. I would wish to recoup the cost of all my equipment and make it worth my time. That type of digging is very dangerous a lot of those sites still have explosives that have the potential to go off just digging them up.
