wow their awsome i so want the Phanom of the opera far better then my cute Barbie and Ken version based on the musical lol thise phantom rocka also iv seen the Hunchback by thise company pop up on ebay once he went for a bomb
Hi, I'm just curious if you have any original Aurora models or other models that you built as a kid in the 70's that you posted on these videos. I don't mean ones that you built in 2000 or the 1990's, but original ones.
@JimAsian1@JimAsian1 Hunchback and Dr Jekyll/Mr.Hyde are the only original kit from my youth, I have bits and pieces of a bunch of kits but even the Hunchback has been altered due to the loss of the ropes. I'll be building the kit again soon thanks to Round 2 / Polar Lights.
im from england and i had a load of these mostly monogram. i still have a few but in pieces i remember buying the mummy dracula and the wolfman the only one i still have on display is the gilman miss going into my local model shop in the 80s and seeing these use to pester my mum to buy me them at last she relented those old universal monsters are great

@dadray1958 a lot of them have been re-issued over the years and are pretty easy to get your hands on.
Thanks

I've always thought that the "Monsters of the Movies" version of the creature had a better face. This one always seemed a little cartoon-like to me.

Moebius Models is producing the MOTM Creature this year. Your right it's a cool kit and great pose.

I ad all of the Aurora monster models.
When I moved out of my parents place in the late 70s, they were left behind.
Other kids played with them and broke them.
The other day though, I found King-Kong still in great shape at my Mother's and brought him home.
