There is a lot of 2 million US wheat cents of ebay now (as of jan. 29th 2012) for $82,000. This is some thing someone would buy for there collection ( which would already dwarf your "world's biggest coin collection" which is just a museum exhibit). The ebay number is 200705113600. Look it up using an advance search or just search "2 million wheat cents"

World's biggest con collection, not even close, There many people just in the US, who have huge coins of coins, some of these collections weight many tons and take up multiple building, just for one persons collection. These collections are also all coins of value, either numismatic value or just bullion value. I have even see on ebay a collection of 2 million wheat pennies which was in about 5 huge oil drums will a price of around $100,000. This collect is all new coins worth their face value.
