YES! ...This needs to get to the SCOTUS. Prop 8 decision will probably NOT go there, as the CA SC, and 9th circuit will let Walker's ruling stand, as there is NO defense or rational to keep h8 in place. DOMA will get to the SCOTUS first, which I expect a 9-0 ruling that it IS unconstitutional (blatently). The door will be wide open from there, and the ridiculous discrimination of loving, committed gay couples will go away. Just a damn shame that the legal process is soooo long!
