There's currently an NPC in Gelkmaros who gives one of the coin quests. She's clearly a female, but the voice is clearly not.

@Xypherian505 He's in the Eracus Desert at the little mission outpost (East of the Garrison).
This was recorded in beta, can't remember if they fixed it..
