The promoter knew how to play the crowds in his territory and got lots of great moments like this one. But compared to WM moments or memorable WCW moments, ECW couldn't translate it nationally. This isn't the time when Sandman returned from the eye injury but I just think it's awesome how he swerved everyone into thinking he was really blind. Paul Heyman said he stayed home the whole time. This video was unreal, this is one of the most hostile crowd reactions ever!

The eye injury was awesome. He also went out in public for an entire month in Philly with his face wrapped up and the cane as if he was blind.
