Each comp has one nVidia GeForce GTX 465 card and three nVidia Tesla cards. To maximize the communication power with my system, they all have 9 Ethernet ports so all machines connect to each other. I work aat a computer shop, and I got everything under 5000€ as I sometimes lend power to my work.

the human eye doesn't see in images per second. the more motion, and the faster the motion is on a monitor, the more frames per second are needed to convey smooth motion. This is why a lot of fps's are quite a bit smoother on a 120Hz CRT than a 60Hz lcd. Of course, it's even more noticeable in faster games, like racing games and flight simulators.

And you have the stock heatsink on your CPU but i can't tell what kind of cpu it is- you either need a quad core or more memory because 40fps in COD 4 is really low, i get well over 100FPS at 1920X1080 with everything maxed out including Anti Aliasing and Anistropic Filtering on Max, so something is going on there.

I want to point out that the lag between maximizing each game is because your video card is reallocating its resources. All three games are not running simultaneously... the running processes are hogging your RAM but your video card is only streaming what is on the screen at any given time.
